LiteKites LLC Refund & Return Policy

At LiteKites LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please review the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Reasons for Return

Customers may request a return for the following reasons:

• The product was received damaged or defective.
• The wrong product, size, flavor, or item was received.
• The customer received an item that does not match the order placed.
• The customer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to return it, provided the product meets all requirements outlined in this policy.

2. 30-Day Return Period

All eligible returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of the date the customer receives the order.

Returns requested or received after the 30-day return period may not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Unless the product was received damaged or defective, returned merchandise must:

• Be returned in a condition that allows LiteKites LLC to verify the product against the original order.

LiteKites LLC reserves the right to reject a return if the returned product does not meet these requirements.

4. Customer Responsibility for Returned Items

Customers are responsible for all returned items until the returned package is received by LiteKites LLC.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product and ensuring that the returned item is shipped securely. LiteKites LLC is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise not received by LiteKites LLC during the return shipment.

Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method that provides tracking and retain proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

5. Return Inspection

Once a returned product is received, LiteKites LLC will inspect the returned item to confirm that it meets the requirements of this Refund & Return Policy.

A refund will only be approved after LiteKites LLC has received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned product qualifies for a refund.

6. Refund Amount

Once the return has been received, inspected, and approved, the original product tag price will be fully refunded.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used to place the order, when applicable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated by LiteKites LLC, shipping and return-shipping costs are not included in the refund.

7. Refund Processing

After LiteKites LLC approves a returned product, the refund will be processed. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit-card company, payment provider, or other financial institution.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer should contact LiteKites LLC as soon as possible after receiving the order.

LiteKites LLC may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before authorizing a return.

9. Final Determination

LiteKites LLC reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a returned product meets the requirements of this policy before approving a refund.
